This is very true, because if you play as Lamar in Director Mode you get this exact same script playing. I was gonna make a video on it but it looks like you already beat me to it haha. This isn't just for Lamar though, if you play as a Ballas member the Families will react as expected. Also, sometimes if you are playing as the police and happen to walk past or drive near members of any gang they will insult you and call you a 'pig'. It's pretty cool stuff and shows how willing Rockstar are to put in details like this. By far NPC to Player interaction in open world video games can not get better than how Rockstar does it.

My favourite collection in Single Player was probably cleaning up the waste with the sub. It gave money, it was unique, there were a lot of cool sights, and it was a great time to just chill and listen to music or podcasts.
