hotel assassination mission is the only one you have to complete to progress further to the blitzplay finale, but you still could abuse the stocks for the few money you have at that point. nowhere as drastic gain as if youve had 50 millions but you just dont have that at that point

also, all ? are side missions and most of them arent required to progress through the story, you only have to complete pulling favors. probably as an introduction to side missions.
