Every source claims it spawns in The Strip, Las Venturas

but I've been driving around Prickle Pine and The Strip for 2 hours now and it still hasn't spawned.

The only time I ever found it was parked, and it was locked

Usually after certain heists the stocks drop significantly, especially when listening to Lester he will mention which ones will. Then it's smart to invest in these stocks for certain ingame days and then sell them. Now I haven't played single-player in a long time so I can't tell you which stocks exactly, you may have to search that yourself but I do know these are smart investments.

Just be aware that you may have to be fast in buying them before they go up in stock and then you won't make money of it

I’m not exactly sure, but if you think about it, being the GTA universe, it wouldn’t make much sense if they went to liberty city to film. With the nice film set at Richard’s Majestic, it just makes more sense to film it in LS. Part of it may also be because of how you can actually see the movie being filmed at certain points, which is cool.
