If you have premium on console, you already have it installed. If you're on pc and bought the game between the CESP release and a few months afterwards, you'll have to buy the pack.
If you recently bought the game (on PC at least) recently, you'll have the CESP alerady.
To activate it you'll either make a purchase in gta and it'll send the money through, or you'll get a message on your gta phone telling you about the pack.

If you've already done all the assassination missions your only options are some of the scripted stock market moments during the story like Vangelico bouncing back after Minor Turbulence or Gruppe Seches tanking after another mission.
If you're already at the end of the story then there's only one random mission that can give you about 30% profit from investing in a company called Tinkle

it depends, you can make more money if you pick norm richards who takes 7% (dont pick darryl cuz youll need him for later) since losing a member on the paleto score costs less than losing one from the jewel store heist but thats provided you can ensure you drop basically nothing so that the bad gunmen's "medical" bills are less than 5% of your heist. Otherwise the safe option is Packie or Chef dont pick mota cuz its just a waste of 2% of your taking

the reason why you dont pick darryl is cuz for the fib raid silent approach and the big score obvious approach u can save money by taking bad gunmen since they wont die and darryl only takes 6% and you have hugh welsh for the 2nd gunmen in the big score who takes 7%

honestly the problem w cutscenes is that they add to your mission time which is annoying cuz i want to watch them but also get gold on every mission and theres only a select few which dont have a time goal
