No S&F doesn't affect your story missions. Execpt for Pulling favours (The first tow truck mission). All I can recommend is going into online for 10 minutes and then coming back out.

IN GTA Online, I Can license the car to be my own, how do i do that here in singleplayer?

you can buy cars in singleplayer but you need to purchase a garage by going directly to one as whatever character michaels garage is like in the north of the city trevor's garage is near the ammunation in the centre of the city and franklin's garage is down grove street

You can actually work the market daily for a good amount of money once you have millions. It’s easy too

There’s a strategy. You can find it online. It has to do with looking at the weekly patterns, and finding a specific one. Then when you do, you buy and sell after an in game day, and you’ll have made a profit 1-10% which when working with millions/billions, is ALOT

Just find the pattern of continuous drop through the week, with current value being far lower than average. There’s a bunch of videos online. Some are more detailed than others explaining it.

I would definitely suggest trying it out. I put a little effort into it and after a bit of learning the details it became pretty easy to do. Just remember to use quick save when learning to help you save losses. No, it does not affect any missions
