the steps are:-

1. Buy downtown can co. Quicksave as franklin using ingame phone and close the application.
2. Restart the application and make sure you haven't got any of your vehicle impounded. If yes then retrieve it.
3. Buy The Towing company (Note-Available after you complete all tonya mission 1,2,3 and mission will appear itslef you have to call tonya for the 4th mission after you have completed 3rd mission and 5 th will appear on map after a while.)
4. As soon as you bought the company commit suicide by throwing a sticky bomb or gernade to a ground and you will respawn at hospital.Right after spawning you will get the call.

Note-You must have around 450000 Dollar in game as franklin to get this successful.

And even after dying after buying the towing company load in you last save and u will get thr call(that's what i had to do)

smart approach, rubbish person who takes 4% as hacker, rubbish driver who takes 8% and then you need to get packie mcreary from a random event who takes 12% (good gunner) otherwise if you havent unlocked him youll need to use Mota who will take 14%. Essentially take Rickie, Karim and Packie on the smart approach to get the most

in the smart approach only the gunner collects loot so if hes good he wont drop any also a bad gunner will automatically die at the entrance to the tunnel

So I was on the FIB mission, on to the fire trucks, and we head in the burning building, do some random stuff, and we all the sudden go up a elevator. Now the fire is at the top floor, meaning it could collapse. If the building collapsed while we were in the elevator, there’s a higher chance of dying then in a staircase. Building luckily collapses while we are at the top floor, Michael was smart enough to go down the stairs. Nice. I’m a FDNY firefighter so I know my stuff.

i had a trick to run it with the old version, I think i fresh installed the game (or maybe downgrade), installed the mods then turned off my WIFI before I started the game so it couldn't update, it only worked for like 2 or 3 days then it needed the internet but I just switched WIFI on, started the game then switched it back off, if i remember that worked pretty good
