if you're certain you've done all of those, I'd recommend re-doing the tennis, golf and darts just in case as I feel a lot of people didn't complete the boundaries
i.e. tennis requires a full set, which is 6 games
golf, as said, requires you to get par or below instead of just gaining a better score than an opponent

with golf, I'm not entirely sure whether or not you would have to verse another NPC for it, (it is needed for a misc though), I would assume not
