I really like the look of the new Ford raptor model, it looks really futuristic and I think I want one when I’m older
what are y'alls dream car ?
ikr i would def get one when i'm older
I’m not too sure, but this new model looks really nice
idk but eh it look nice tho
it looks so.... bad ass for a car
It looks like the same raptor they have been pushing out since 2016
those wheels had to be custom made lmao
the debris you see near the end is rubber on top of the spokes popping off lmao
he's wearing a three-piece suit in a Dodge Challenger lmao
Also yea there custom made for buggies, not that car tho, he literally went to a wheel shop and bought them
But you know
whistlindiesel
Those would have to be custom made
a Challenger with options weighs over 4,000 lbs.

Yep
but if you watched the OG video he said he just bought them
Hell surprised they even lived
Cause he drove that with those wheels on around town
Oh you mean the spacers
he even has a tag from the shop that machined these aluminum buggy wheels for him
And yea they basically welded a disc on to fit the spacers
Imma say this once, he went to a wheel shop, bought some buggy wheels, brought them back to his farm, welded some disc on to fit the spacers, and then proceeded to drive it
Yes, and the wheels were custom made, not prefab
every single passenger carriage in existence weighs under 1,500 lbs.
the hub and spokes would not need to be made out of aluminum otherwise

It is made by a wheel shop, as said in video
He literally bought them and all he did was put a disc to fit the spacers
You're arguing semantics when you don't know what you're typing about,

when they tried with normal wheels you can buy in a shop, they fell apart
so he paid $$ to have those aluminum ones custom made by that shop
an order # is not provided unless something is going to take more than a couple of days to receive
Which implies someone is machining the wheels
I gtg
Good
A 2008 Ford GT
whistlindeisels hellcat is best hellcat
brand new are 100k and up
But I guess it won't reach 185, right?
Unless it's a top end which is better for track.
Than the stock
it will, the nismo is 200k +
I mean, the non-Nismo variant, the "lowest" trim.
Of course the Nismo will be expensive.
Nismo lost it's appeal, unless you are talking about the gtr
but you pay the hefty price for real nismo
I remember when gtr were only $83,000 new, what the hell happened
it was the underdog affordable fast car now just get an r8
I'd rather get a 911 or a 'vette
Yea the gtrs are as much as Porsche's now what's the point
A 911 will have a better driving experience than a gtr and imo they just are so iconic that I would grab one eons before a gtr if they cost the same.
Demons are only 80k because they are just a big ass engine, and they only care about what makes it go
Yep. Depends what type of car you're after. GTR is pretty far down on the list regardless if youre after speed/acceleration or a drivers car
the interior is shotty and it's still a basic challenger, it isn't luxury of any kind
but the customers want power, not leather everywhere they know their customers
Demon is purpose built.
If that's the case, I would rather buy a Porsche 911 too. Besides, people say that Porsche is "like the Toyota" in the sports and supercar segment.
how is Porsche even slightly comparable to toyota???
i'm so confused who made that up
Porsche is one of the de facto sports car manufacturers. They've been using the exact same formula since the early 1960s.
It just works.
There people who say Porsche is reliable, like how Toyota is reliable in the mass production car segment.
Yea they didn't change the formula but Toyota has, they outsourse a shit ton of stuff but that anaolgy would work in the late 90's
But older Toyotas are more reliable.
Ofc they are
Porsches and other german cars can be reliable but they still can be hit or miss, when they do break they break hard.
I had an Audi Allroad that was damn near bulletproof but any time something went wrong it cost an arm and a leg
that's a great sum up of those types of cars
I want an old audi but
I'm scared to get the wrong one
Not worth it unless you do your own maintenance or have some disposable income
i probably could but i'd just need to find the space to do it
And Porsche's can come with a manual if that's your thing
I don't think we have FIY maintenance here.
FIY - fix it yourself
In here, something's wrong? Call the mechanic.
People don't do their own maintenance where you live?
Not even oil change...
Lots of people here do their own, lots go to mechanics.
We even have businesses that will rent out a bay with a vehicle lift and tools for do-it-yourself repairs.
The only maintenance we do here is tire change.
And tire rotation.
Do you know that we don't even refuel our cars on our own when we go to a gasoline station? There are gasoline station attendants who refuel the cars for us. 😅
They also add or reduce tire pressure for us.
I'm not sure if I wanna get a C8 corvette
It's a good car
Guys!
I remember thinking that fuel and water are the same when I was a child so I tried putting water in our car's gas tank. 😂
I'm mostly questioning it's reliability
Good thing my parents stopped me. 🤣
I wonder if it'll live up to the reliability standard of previous corvettes
I would ask the god of cars about that. That person is Scotty Kilmer. 😂
What would you choose? C8 Corvette or Viper ACR?
That's a hard one for me
My goal is to have at least 1 exotic car. Which car is considered exotic?
Neither the viper nor the corvette
I mean not just those 2, anything besides the Italian supercars?
Anything rare imo
Is Porsche exotic?
Oh.
I thought exotic cars are supercars or hypercars.
Especially the Italian ones or which have performance similar or better than those.
Agera is a great example of exotic car.
I'd say any Koenigsegg would qualify as exotic
But people have their own definitions of exotics Im sure. Like some people would consider any Lambo or Ferrari exotic probably.
BMW M3 GTR would probably be an exotic.
Maybe I should marry a rich Italian to get an exotic car. 🤣
Just kidding, I would marry for love but the very close friend I'm looking for is Italian.
OHC (Over head camshaft)
All of chevys V8s are pushrod motors afaik (single cam)
LS and LT engines are cam-in-block, pushrod V8s
The main difference being the introduction of direct injection in the LT engines
ay, love chevys V8s
Oh, speaking of V8s, which would you choose?
Large N/A engines with 6-8 cylinders or small turbocharged engines with 4 cylinders providing they have same or almost same hp and torque?
Depends on platform
I prefer turbocharged because it's turbo and smaller engine means better fuel efficiency.
Trend of LS-swapping everything is getting quite tired imo.
Imagine a Chevy Suburban with a 2.0 I4 twin-turbocharged engine? 😂
No thanks
I guess a small engine is bad for big vehicles even if the engine is actually very powerful
large, I could turbocharge it later and it wouldn't be a time bomb like turbo 4
The turbo whistle and the turbo valve sounds are the best.
Large engines with 6-8 cylinders are rare here due to high fuel costs, not to mention diesel engines are popular here due to their lower fuel costs and fuel efficiency so people here choose the midsized(2.0-3.0) I4 turbodiesel engines which most SUVs here have.
And I had an idea before of a car with a turbine jet engine instead of a piston engine but I guess it would be dangerous...
Diesel costs less there???
there has never been a day in my life where I saw diesel cheaper than gasoline per gallon.
Depends on the place(not all have same prices) but around 0.79 USD? Not sure.
Or 0.94 USD? I'll check again when I go out
what country is that
Ph
Here, diesel is cheaper than gasoline per gallon.
That combined with diesel's lower fuel consumption and higher torque are the reasons why people here prefer diesel over gas.
interesting
That's why most SUVs(especially mid-sized SUVs) here are diesel. Toyota was the only one which offered gas engine for a mid-sized SUV here but it got discontinued most likely due to low demand.
Like out of 10 buyers, only 1 would buy the gas variant of that SUV, the rest will buy the diesel variant.
Cummins GT500 mustang
Cummins GT500 mustang
Sounds like a shit that carroll would love, then beat the shit out of you for making it in the first place when youre not looking.
Its gonna be more money either way
You pay $1080 and wanting to change that door panel with new headlights and 4 new wheels and tires
Other than that I'd fuck with it
Those doors are relatively easy and cheap to find, lights i see no issues, tires eh that spare maybe
Know cause same problem with current van but fixed
The thing that would cost the most with the doors is re-wiring and glass and all that
And the headlights look slightly hazed which in places like Texas around wear i live is nothing but dark backroads so thats one thing everyone looks for
Were*
Most it would cost to find and get a replacement door including rewiring and glass even though most of those doors still have the glass is probably only a small 10th of that vans total worth, also fixing hazy lights is easy
Having to do it with the tailgate soon
did one door already do to rust, not bad to do tbh
for under $1080 you could find much better
You Can Get Miatas For Like 8 Grand
Depends
what are the most majestic planes IYO
Bombers
ok
Glad I could help
Those planes look like Super Tucanos.
They are
The camouflaged one is from the air force and the Blue ones are from the smoke squadron (The smoke squadron is in the air force, but you get the idea)
The Super Tucano is pretty but I believe it's only for anti-insurgency, it wouldn't probably survive a modern warfare.
Indeed, not a dogfighter7
Can a Tunguska AA tank shoot it down though?
What is tunguska's main armament
These are the missiles.
9M311: Original missile, laser proximity fuze, range 8 km.
9M311K (3M87): Naval version of the 9M311 used by the Kortik system. Export version of Kashtan uses the 9M311-1E missile.
9M311-1: Export version of the missile.
9M311M (3M88): Improved version of the missile.
9M311-M1: Used with the Tunguska-M1 radar proximity fuse for improved capability against cruise missiles. Pulsed tracking light instead of constant flare for better resistance to infrared countermeasures. Range improved to 10 km.

The secondary armaments are twin 30mm machineguns.
Is it just me or the Mi-26 Helicopter dwarfs even the CH-47 Chinook and CH-53 Super Stallion?
Its the lowest one i can find right now
when something goes cheaper imma jump on it
but that is all i can find for that much
all the others cheaper have either no engine, wrecked, or salvage
Plus it seems as if no one wants it so price will probably just keep going down
Seen this today 🔥
Someone say corvette
C4
what u guys think of these ?
🚮
Nice, you lied
Yes, they were European plates
supra u can’t see
🚮
atleast the silvia got better
You blocking out the rest of the pic is mad sus
ik
It's not like I'm going to frame you for capital murder or anything
eh fuck it i barley speak to the guy anyway
Isnt there a mod for sports/super cars to have a rear end like a hatchback or sumn
that’s 4 years ago
Only time I will like an S15 is with a V8 of some kind in it
Hate the factory engine
I THOUGHT THAT WAS YOUR DAD I WAS FINNA ROAST YOUR OLD MAN FOR HAVING A BABY FACE
My dream is to own an s15 but by the time im old enough to afford one (current day price) theyll all be gone or worth over 100k
I'd rather pay 100K for a fully kitted out shelby GT500 then get a wrong-hand-drive, stock JDM that I can only drive on month in the entire year
I've got an 87 camaro sitting in my house's garage rn
Except I can actually prove it
I almost did but somehow it got really fucked up
if it weren’t midnight
Excuses

read the time
I know
Just took it home from the shop today actually
Loved hearing it come rumbling into the garage
I totally sound like I'm bluffing lmao
what it look like
Keep it as is
Long story short this specific trim/edition is rare as fuck
You know Will i dont particularly like camaro’s but thats sexy as fuck
I think chevy nailed the 3rd gen camaro as far as 80's styling is concerned @gilded kelp
Yea
See im stuck on what i wanna do
Like what i wanna buy
Cus i want so many cars but i cant own 5 cars as a teenager
Realistically
My dad paid 9,7 for that camaro
If the guy knew what he had, we would have paid double
I bet
Or rather, we wouldn't have
There are less then a thousand of the particular edition we have
The post had been up for two weeks; the guy just wanted to get it off him
It's also a 5-speed manual, which apparently is the must-have gearbox for the 25th anniversary edition
Alot of automatics end up having more issues
Ever wonder why people stopped buying the Honda Prelude?
My dad is in a couple 3rd gen camaro/F-body facebook groups (yeah yeah facebook)
And people have straight-up offered him 15K for it
multiple times
Only 15k?
One jokingly (at least my dad thinks) offered 20
I joked that the car was the guy's wife
The passenger seat was barely ever used
And it is in way better condition then we thought
No

He drove it home that day
Cool
I joked that the car was the guy's wife
Pog
Interior
I don't like it for some reason
The interior is very 80s
Hold on
Ah
Did some quick edits; this is a better representation of what the interior looks like
I would go take some pics right now
But it's under a form-fitting cover at the moment
And if you know anything about form-fitting covers
a convertible on a nice sunny warm day would be fantastic rn
oh shit

Rosso corsa once again, gorgeous. Frick the burgundy one for mugello
.
My dad is planning on buying his next car from the same dealership
the dealership that put this bolt on camera in limbo for 3 months?
Hopefully he doesn't get scammed like this again
Yes
Our neighbor is one of the brass at that dealership, so we're able to get some nice discounts
I don't think that excuses the camera thing tho
I mean not really they should have bolted on the dumb thing or told you they have an issue with it
maybe tell ur dad that theyll prob be shit about service?
It's something that I plan to do once I get the truck as my own
unless he can work on his own car and basically uses the dealership to acquire the vehicle hes prob gonna have to go back to these morons for service
He doesn't care for the camera
oh ok
whoever initially optioned the car I use didn't go for the upgraded front seats with the extendable seat bit which is a bit unfortunate bcs I'm like 6'2"
but like its a used car it is what it is
The camera would be very useful for towing, which is something we do somewhat often
if it mounts by the trailer hitch are you going to be able to see anything?
It's a wide-angle camera
There's this gas station I ride past every day coming back from my CTE class
In the back lot behind it, there's a first-gen Honda NSX
Just sitting there
Where it has sat for at least 2 years
F
The only thing visibly wrong with it is that it's missing a right rear fender
It's so sad to see a car like that wasting away in the back lot of a gas station
It's just plain tragic
Especially when it's under like 12 inches of snow like it was today
I kinda wanna ask about the car
It's filthy
AWD, 266 horsepower, 428 pound-feet of torque, curb weight 4,394 to 4,929, and a 0-60 in 4.8 (or 4.1 depending on model) seconds
Pathetic
That's 0.6 seconds slower then a Jeep trackhawk, which has almost triple the horsepower
I dont do car stats so idk if thats good
The Jeep trackhawk has a hellcat engine@gilded kelp
Which is to say 707 horsepower
Rate how long do y'all think this will last going 90, red lining, and over heating
Well no shit
That engine is probably gonna fail in 20 minutes at most
I think your engine isn't gonna like that
I'd bet your gas is gonna go before the engine goes'
Well no shit it's on E I'm slowing down
Wait how are you typing and driving? that's dangerous
I've driven at 100+ mph, you can't 1 handed drive that fast
I'd imagine it'd take you changing your gear ratio to hit 120
It cooled Down a little bit
Its an aftermarket car, made by Gemballa, I talked with one of their employees, but even them don't know where this car is
Photos of this car are scarce
Im pretty sure you could find pictures of it online somewhere
Like
as soon as you search it up
Nah, I had to use wayback machine
and access their website in the 2000s
some pics are out there, but not all of them
If you have the means to get the pictures and they still exist and are easy to find, they ain't rare, the car maybe the pictures? Nah, unless they are hand taken and were never uploaded
@hybrid charm the main reason why vics were muscle cars was because 1. The mustang was the pony car of the trio, 2. The Torino (the proper muscle car) was canceled, and 3. The dodge charger turned into a luxury car at that time
So the vic became a 2 door V8 slingshot of 70s and 80s spongecake suspension
It was more sporty than the competition to say the least though just because it was fairly smaller
What the fuck
Yeah before muscle car was termed they were super cars
That’s where the “super stock series” came to be
Which then turned into nasker
... No
Source: Need For Speed Carbon

You cant deny the facts
Yeah I guess I'll just go die then
God muscle cars are something else
Looks like a generic 70s luxury shitbox to me
Yeah but look at the name 👀
I know
Good
Because there’s proof that anything can be a muscle car
There’s also the objectively best muscle car
This is what brought about the muscle car as a common phrase
Turbo i4 chargers
It was the first car that knew what it was
Besides you know... the impala series
Impala was more luxury
Impala was more V8 than anything
It wasn't very sporty tho
They couldn’t really make it sporty or else the public would hate it
ho-how isnt that a pony
Because dodge charger and downsizing
Mfw the challenger was fucking larger than the charger for that era
The muscle car died in the early 70s
Objectively wrong
Because turbo V6s saved America for a tiny bit
A muscle with a V6 isn't a muscle car
You wanna die on that hill?
And pony cars aren't big enough to be muscle cars
You really wanna die on that hill?
You forgot this existed didn’t you?
Oof
Safe to say anything goes with muscle car terminology
That's a luxury car
Indeed I did
Because I'm tired
But I'm not the one who called the challenger a muscle car
Anyway, I require sleep
G'night
Hey that same looking one is for sale near me along with a beige one
That’s the only time the Dodge Charger was a pony car and the Dodge Challenger was a muscle car
Both shelbys
So suck it @jagged sentinel when you get back, I’m technically right but in the wrong ways
Wait thought the 70-72? Was muscle
For challengers
The shelby was 80-83 with the same gen challenger
Oh yea
The 2nd gen challenger was longer than the charger making it the true muscle car
80s shitboxes, hit different
,also the fact that the daytona/Conquests were literally just rebadged starions says that Mitsubishi kinda helped us
Yup
(Btw for size comparison the challenger had a length of 4570 while the charger was 4400)
Slightly longer but long enough to make them swap roles
Tbh while this whole dark age for their cars happened something greater happened with them
their trucks
one way to get past rules, build muscle trucks
Another way was to revamp V6s
And buick shined in with the world’s most known V6 muscle car
I mean it wasn’t the first
Just remember one of the first pioneers for muscle cars was V6 and FWD
The Tornado was something else
Its, interesting
Interesting to say the least but it’s very much a muscle car
No matters how weird it was there wasn’t any technicalities to not make it a true muscle car
Those wheels
love them
Wait so technically if i stuff a 4.0L v8 into my minivan it can be a "muscle car"
The typhoon exists to sorta help with that
Yes but 4.0L McLaren v8
also typhoon is technically a muscle truck but yea i see where your coming from
Technically still muscle so i guess its a muscle car
Its confusing
Wait I've been calling the 80s charger a hatch back this whole time when thats mostly the omni

Im stupid
At the dealership my mom works at they have an army green dodge charger srt hellcat in used cars 😯 and i didnt know they looked so good in person
are those spiked tirebolts?
@elder basin I did it
Yup :/ didnt see them on the car tho thats from a photo on the website
clickbait
I didnt pay attention tho
Is Bentley better than RR?
Rolls Royce have always been a bit more opulent than Bentley afaik. They are also considerably more expensive. With that said, if I wanted to drive myself, I'd probably go for a bentley. If I wanted to be driven, I'd go with RR.
Rolls Royce and Bentley have been almost the same company from the early 1900’s to the time they departed into different parent companies, Rolls Royce to Bmw. Then Bentley to the AG group (Volkswagen)
For that span of time Rolls Royce was like the old people plushy luxury
And Bentley was an equivalent of how amg is to Mercedes
Bentley’s were the same car but usually higher power and more sporty.
Bentley started out in racing and have a huge racing heritage, so they have always been about speed all around. However they are more of plushy grand tourers than an acutely supercar.
Similar to Aston martin coupes
When you get to higher end trims Bentley’s can be more. But more mass produced models such as the Continental GT are the best bang for your buck compared to rolls Royce’s two door coupe counterpart
In the end it’s about what you desire in a car and what you prefer. Because anybody buying a new Bentley or Rolls isn’t considering price as a factor
Rolls Royce uses custom chassis and relies less in BMW now so they are only gonna feel better and better.
Bentley has always been I guess my style over the two. Bentley’s are more subtle and have that huge racing heritage still tied into the dna of the brand till this day.
so anyways... took these wit ma phone
The good viper
Before it had senseless stuff like... windows... and locks... and climate control
Smh
driving a vehicle that isn't a coffin? Pff
No thrill in that
See just get the 96, it's basically a 95 but a roof so the leather doesn't go bad
What does a pickup coil do and how expensive are they
Cus i see me a first gen Nissan 300zx in my future that needs one replaced
dusty ass escort appreciation
Slap it
It's part of the distributor I think. Similar to an ignition coil. Shouldn't be too expensive.
(: thank you
I mean, there is no sense in having a lock in this car
If I saw someone stealing this car in front of me I would say "go ahead, let's see how far you can go..."
Lol
I see. So I would choose a Bentley for myself, like that other guy said. RR is nice if I want to be a passenger like a mafia godfather.
Rolls Royce recently has changed it’s image drastically when it comes to being only a chauffeur car. They make more smaller models now along with the Suv which all can very well be cars you are chauffeured in, but have a lot of custom features and idea that appeal to people in the 20’s and 30’s
Rather than just older people
Rolls Royce is one of the most prestigious luxury vehicles after all
Back then every car manufacturer used to be the most prestigious luxury vehicle because they were all toys for rich people. As the car became more and more popularized those ultra luxury brands seemed to meet their maker between the world wars. The ones that survived usually became more affordable and lost their touch in order to appeal to a broader market. I feel like the only four companies off the top of my head who stuck to their roots 110% and didn’t sellout cough Cadillac cough are Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, and Bugatti
Companies like Cadillac, Lincoln, and Maserati used to be the highest end of prestigious like Bentley and Rolls Royce but they soon were bought out by other brands and there was more money in just shoving a cheaper vehicles chassis on them and keeping the luxury brand name.
That way you can sell the same car for $10,000 more
Isn't Ford designed to be cheap so everyone could own one?
That was said to be the goal of Henry Ford
Yea Ford was more of a people’s car company and they delivered on that make making a shit ton of them and popularizing a personal vehicle
Now ford just makes average priced cars because the average is affordable, it hasn’t been an outlier in 100 years
Many people here hate Ford because they say Ford is "unreliable".
Well in most cases they would be correct
Some platforms that Ford makes are bullet proof and can easily last hundreds of thousands of miles without too much crazy maintenance.
But the other half of the company strives to make dogshit
It was a much more prevalent issue back then
But at the same time, many people here don't even read their car owner manuals so they just follow the scheduled oil change and gas and go
Like 80’s-early 2000’s
Well um what are you supposed to do besides general basics of taking care of the car
A ford isn’t going to survive just because you read it a bedtime story lol if they had an issue they were gonna fail
The main issues I could only assume were more on the electrical side
Much like Cadillac in that time period
Many people here complained about one Ford SUV model here because of turbocharger issues
Cadillacs and Lincolns of that era in particular were horrendous you could turn on the radio and the windshield wipers would come on lol
It was one of the two that had that specific issue
Wow, that's unusual.
How I see it is unless it’s Japanese, every car brand will have their croaking issues when the car starts to age.
Some more than others though
Some people think Toyota can last decades due to old Toyota vehicles.
But I don't know if it's still good considering EU and US want a transition to EVs in 2030-2040 unless it gets delayed
The combustion engine I believe will still have use and reach it’s peak between 2040-2050 and then after that there won’t be much need for them in vehicles anymore.
They won’t ever be illegal to drive in most places since older cars get less restriction upon inspections on top of the fact that less people will own them over decades of battery improvements and density and how to replenish that energy.
The main issue with electric is still the same issue they’ve had since the 1800’s. Energy density.
Once we combat that issue with better and better batteries along with faster charging, that is all we need
The slower charging sure is a disadvantage compared to refueling time of a combustion engine.
Even 5-10 mins of charging time is slow compared to refueling a car with combustion engine.
Nah if we can charge from like 5% to 80% in only 10 minutes thats actually faster than a gas car depending on the battery density, and range of the car usually due to the shape
How about hybrids and hydrogen powered cars?
Hydrogen probably isn’t going anywhere huge but the concept technology is interesting
Hybrids will in the future be electric/solar or electric/hydrogen
Gas hybrids will die out with gas
Maybe a dirt bike xD
Nope
My grand Cherokee takes like 4 minutes to fill
Well, cars here aren't really big
It takes a while to get 16 gallons out of a little filtered regulation meeting nozzle
Because more than 95% of cars here are imports and taxes on imported cars here are extremely ungodly so Grand Cherokee here is expensive as hell.
Singapore?
Ph
Philippines?
Sadly, yes
I didn’t know they had one of those overpriced taxes on cars there
They do.
A Toyota Camry in Singapore is like $74,000 or some dumb shit like that
It’s absolute theft
A Honda Civic Type R here costs $66,209.30, a Mustang 2.3L Ecoboost here costs $59,505.08
You basically pay double what the car is worth in tax unless it’s electric I think
So what are you allowed to drive there that doesn’t cost a fortune due to theft tax
Singapore's reason is to regulate traffic flow and I think that's quite understandable considering how small Singapore is and the public transport there is really, really nice and safe so people there don't really need cars there.
Our gov't's reason for imposing ungodly taxes on imported cars is not to regulate taxes, it's to protect locally made cars.
But Ph car brands failed anyway.
I guess having a good public transportation system justifies nit needing a vehicle but having a tax that large on a car is never okay in my book
I hate how I had to be born into the most expensive hobby, couldn’t I just like drawing, or dancing or something
And recently, our gov't imposed additional safeguard tariffs on imported cars damn it.
That's why in youtube and disqus comments of car review sites, I'm calling out on people to boycott our car industry so the gov't will be forced to remove it if enough people boycott it or it will cause damage to the industry if they don't.
Yea taxing something as necessary as transportation just ruins the way a country looks unless you have mono jet trains and spotless fast ass transportation in every single area
We don't. People justify it because transport here is reasonable and easily accessible but public transport here(they're called jeepneys) are obsolete and unsafe. Many of them don't even have blinkers, headlights and brake lights, they're heavy smoke belchers as well.
Rip
And while we just made Euro 4 as our standard last 2017, Europe is pushing for Euro 6.
And since you talked about a Toyota Camry, a Toyota Camry's lowest trim here costs $39,267.53. Its engine is 2.5L gas engine which is not even the new 2.5L Dynamic Force engine so the Camry's engine's output is only 181hp and 231Nm of torque.
Ramchargers
And at first, I thought RR is an engine. 🤣
Dis I just read a full on convo in here-
ye wtf
Lol
It's refreshing
Knowing all that stuff
We need a school of carz
Not just "mechanical engineering"
Anyways, idk much abt cars tbh, at least compared to you guys who had this long ass convo
i usually dont read stuff thats longer that a sentence thats why i always get books with pictures
I'm not a car expert as well.
You and epik had a full on convo dude
I mean
You might not be an expert in fixing cars
But well y'all know much about cars in general
That long convo ended up with me ranting about import and safeguard taxes imposed on imported cars here.
Ah well ye
Lol
The futuristic cars look weird sometimes
And sometimes some features don't even make sense
For example, that bmw futuristic car
With those live parts
...thats a mercedes EQ concept.
you mean like the futuristic beammer
I forgot the name lol
This BMW has reptile looking skin that moves! This is the BMW Vision Next 100 and has some of the coolest features I've ever seen in a car!

Ah yes
dang
What's the iRobot car the main character used?
Not like it matters, bad CG still bad CG.
haven't seen this one yet
Iirc its an R8 etron prototype concept
Ooh
This car was so amazing to see in person! I saw it earlier this year in Germany, but wasn't able to see it drive. Now, I've been sent this exclusive footage from Mercedes of the car driving!! Look how it crawls sideways! So frickin cool. Hope you like the vid! xo, Alex

drifting but without drifting
tbh im pretty sure it will have like an autopilot that can do it
Lol
Yea
Automation is better too actually
Would be lot faster
And safer
And it won't be your fault if u hit smthn/someone
It'll be the manufacturer's
:>
unless you install a transporter autopilot
what would kinda suck is that everybody gonna own a vehicle
since you probably wont even need a licence for it
so unless they find a way to make traffic flow driving anywhere would probably be slower then walking
Ooh
Traffic flow will be smoother
Actually
Becuz, robots can communicate faster than humans
You take 20 sec to speak a sentence, and robots can send thousands of info in just a sec
So like, there won't even be red lights at cross sections
They'll just keep going smoothly
@jovial acornWrong channel for that. We have a #gta-vehicles channel
Saw this today, need eye bleach PLZZ ;-;
Sorry for poor pic quality, my phone's like 14 mp or smthn lol
But like, who tf puts 2 tone doors and a custom spoiler on an I20
And that too, civilian version
And the exhaust
Damn
My fart sounds better than this
And what hurts me even more is that my dad owns the same car, and I know how shitty the custom job on that car is ;-;

Sorry, just wanted to rant-
What country is that?

Guys, what do you think about Scotty Kilmer and his videos about cars?
I think about hikari
Don't really watch him that much, course i did watch when he announced when he was moving
That was a while back
For some reason, I couldn't understand why he would have a video title saying that Toyota is the most reliable in 1 video then a week later, another video he would upload has a title about why Toyota is not reliable.
It might be about certain cars that toyota built
He'll say toyota is 1# reliability and then talk about certain Toyota's that were turdyotas
Jesus christ thats hideous
gremlin?

Blue with white stripes is the best.
Blue with blue stripes
So ummm
VIPER!! YEAHH!!
hm

yea
only a handful legal in the u.s
plus not many were made
once it becomes legal in 2024 i think prices are gonna skyrocket
supply cannot meet demand
Yeah not like they can build more
Some young people will probably buy it and have to sell it due to high prices
i can walk about 500 meters and theres a skyline
an r34?
idk
think so
dont know if its an r34
but its a skyline
i have seen one driving past me before tho
mhm nice
I have a question though. Why was the Skyline GT-R R34 banned in the US?
25 year import law
back then u were free to import any car u wanted
just had to go through testing
but most people forgot
and motor wrecks got greedy
with their imports
they were only approved to import r32s at the time
and then they just brought r34s and r33s telling them they were r32s
i think
Oh...
I wish car imports have no custom duties and import taxes but those are illusions now.
Heavy import taxes and custom duties would just encourage people to smuggle cars.
U want more?
motor wrecks didnt or people in general didnt
any car younger than 25 years cannot be legally imported
unless
u have over 1 mil
u pay all those fees and the cars price
They can also be imported as show cars but u can only drive them for limited miles every year
1mil? Then what about the Toyotas in the US?
What bout em?
any car that isn't for sale in the U.S younger than 25 years cannot be imported
Oh
You mean cars that are not being sold in the American market which are younger than 25 years? Such as cars which are sold only in Asia?
Oh
Looks luxurious
It's the Asian Rolly polly
lel
I'm not really fond of Chinese built cars because I have yet to see how long will they last
Many people here buy Chinese cars just because of their price.
Toyota Pickup
I think the Chinese luxury car you're on about it the Hongqi
It's pronounced hong Chee
Like look what Toyota did to the Corolla's infotainment system here. Mind you this is the most expensive variant.
Ohh right
But honky is funnier
U jokin
So we say that instead
That should not be the most expensive option
I'm not joking
All you need is bluetooth imo
Hell, an aux cable will do fine if I'm going to go that route
Yeah
iirc you can stream radio channels through the internet
Lol
Hell, even a Land Cruiser here has that kind of infotainment system.
Just get a Bluetooth speaker buoy that's gonna do better
On the topic of prices, hopefully the 7th generation camaro is more of a camaro then the current one
This isn't the first time they've put the camaro ok hiatus
Is Camaro considered expensive or just a normal or affordable sports car?
The current generation camaro is approaching corvette levels of pricing and performance
that's not what it's supposed to do
It isn't
I hate the new GM grills
Those 2 cars would have "internal competition"...
They sold significantly less camaros then challengers and mustangs
They don't look too good now
I would choose Corvette over Camaro
Dodge is selling the Hellcat
2017 was the last year the camaro looked good imo
Ez money for dem
Dodge is doing their own thing in the sports car scene
Yeah
How will Dodge replace their Viper?
Officially, they're competing with the mustang and camaro and what not
Hellcat in a minivan
But on the down low
They won't
We both know that dodge doesn't really care much about what the competition is doing
Yeah
See dodge challenger hellcat, see jeep trackhawk, see dodge demon, see dodge viper, see ram TRX
At least they really care for their customers. Am I right?
Meh
The hellcat was kinda a shot in the dark
And I'm really tempted to buy a Ford but people complain about its reliability issues.
They had no idea what was going to happen with the hellcat when put into the market
That's true
But to their surprise, it sold. Very, very well
But Ford says their cars are tough, that's why their slogan is "Built Ford Tough".
It's still selling
Indeed. It's the reason we have shit like the track hawk, demon, and the late TRX
With the TRX being a thing now, it means chevy is the only one without a balls-to-the-wall performance offroad truck
Chevy is struggling to sell their cars in SE Asia...
Yeah
Chevy is mostly focused on the US and Canada
U seen the new Tahoe?
Nah
It's ugly from the front
As is the new Silverado
Same with the Escalade
Chevy cars here are cheap but only few people buy those still.
Oh god, the Chevy Blazer
I miss Hummer...
XD
Chevy you done fucked up with the blazer
Especially since ford basically spit on your boots with the new bronco
Honestly idk what GM is doin
I don't either
If they abandoned the camaro completely, it would hurt chevy's performance image
Trust GM
Honestly I think Chevy was thinking of dropping the maro
They just need to tone the camaro down
Decreases the price, decrease the performance
Yeah
The windows are too small, I noticed that
It wasn't that
Maybe
The C-pillars were completely compromising blind-spot
But the Camaro looks really cool.
Just maybe Chevy is working on a new Pony car to replace the maro
Drivers had to rely on technology
Didn't they test windowless cars?
Did they?
The law would not like that
We can't even use cameras as side mirrors
There are rumors that the 7th gen camaro could be electric
Like what Mitsubishi is gonna do to Evo?
Although they want to make Evo an electric SUV
I would stop liking chevrolet as a company if they did that
But they have to
