A small windshield like that deflects a lot of air anyway. If you've ever been on a motorcycle with a small windscreen it's the same idea. Plus, you sit fairly low in the car. From the looks of it only a few inches of your head would actually be above the windshield.

It's a fluid motion, both at the same time @burnt badge give it some gas while letting out the clutch. Takes some getting used to the feel of it. Start by familiarizing yourself with the clutch's friction point.

Clean IMO is basically OEM+, meaning a car that looks like it could be OEM, i.e. tastefull, subtle modifications that dont drastically alter the appearance but add a special touch to it. Of course there are more extreme examples, ie cars that are bagged/kitted, etc, but not so over the top.
