Since Ferrari is known for banning customers from buying a brand new car from them if they make customizations on the Ferrari cars they bought which Ferrari doesn't like, what if someone who bought a Ferrari car removes the Ferrari badges and replaces those with Lambo badges, will he be banned from buying a new Ferrari?

That's a major modification although it is technically small you're attempting to change the identity of the car. Advertising it as something it isn't which would get you banned from buying another ferrari vehicle
