Bowl 2:
300g flour
1tsp salt

Add 20g butter
Knead for 10-15min
Form into a ball and set in an oiled bowl, in a warm area
Rise for 1hr, covered with a plastic film or moist cloth

In the meantime, grate 100g gouda, and 150g mozzarella cheese

Remove the dough ball and roll it into a rectangle
Coat with garlic butter
Add the cheese
Cut into equal squares
Layer the squares
Add to a bread pan
