You could use one of those already premade chicken broths or use powdered depending on what you have. Change cilantro for parsley if you don't like cilantro, and add pasta/rice/potatoes if you want

i believe this is almost exclusively a japanese cuisine thing - chinese and korean typically don't like raw food, nor do the other south east asian countries

understand that in a hen, salmonella does not enter the egg - it just sits on the surface of the shell

in japan, raw eggs are consumed regularly, so their eggs are sanitized to an extremely high degree such that your chances of getting salmonella from consuming raw egg in japan are next to nil

she's japanese, so for her it's entirely safe

in some places like the US and canada, the eggs are cleaned relatively well too, but not to the standard of japan as consumption of raw egg is significantly less prevalent in western countries

sukiyaki restaurants here still give you the raw egg and typically you can trust it's safe otherwise they'd be risking their entire restaurant's reputation and their food-safe license to operate
if you trust western standards you could also try consuming the raw egg after washing them yourself of course - i've used raw eggs just on top of white rice and also as dipping sauce for hot pot

these are from back in 2020, but since then, I've done little tweaks here and there to the recipe at the time of baking each batch.
I've noticed they "deflate," so instead of changing the amount of baking powder or soda (the recipe uses both), I just combine a different method of squishing them with a fork to make crosshatching on the tops
