Look if the router open the ports as mapped or trigger mode. If are mapped then enable the "static NAT" with your local IP address (LAN IP).

the reason i guess yours says to buy a key is because rockstar games needs to see you own the game and for the most part it needs to link automatically to steam when you click "play" on steam (but for your case if guess it didn't link)

Hi, I've recently been having problems with FPS drops. I'm playing on the Legacy version. My computer specs are an RTX 3060, 16GB RAM, Intel Core i5 8400, 144Hz monitor, and Windows 10. I have the game installed on an HDD. Initially, the game would reach around 80-60 FPS. Now, it's 80-30 FPS, on Cayo Perico game is almost unplayable. I had the same problem on another, slightly weaker computer. I also tried to lower graphic settings but with it still runs the same

Have you tried running the game through command prompt? Because the shortcut might have bugged out

To verify the system file integrity... Just make sure if you run that command. You don't have anything important running in the background and you absolutely do not mess with the system while it is doing it and you wait until the system says done or prompts you

Don't freak out if it says it found files it couldn't fix. Doesn't mean the systems fucked. It just means you have to run a different line of code to fix the system

If it found files it could fix, when it's done restart the system and try Grand theft Auto again.

If it did not find files then unfortunately I'd uninstall the game and the launcher and reinstall both

So I got it back just then by going into the windows settings, and forcing GTA to use the GPU, which is silly cause it already was

Settings > Display Settings > "Graphics Settings"
Prob need to browse to where you GTA is installed and add it manually, selecting "high perfomance"

Sometimes would be a good test to reinstall the drivers with "clean installation" checked, and about the game, backup first your profile folder in documents....etc then delete it so the game restart without old leftover configs. I fixed the issue, what i did was fully delete all rockstar folders and the launcher installed however the folder that would not delete I had to open one drive and then it allowed me to delete it. Then I just did a fresh install

i tired limiting fps via nvidia and use vsync or not i excluded every folder of rockstar from my antivirus so it does not do the microstutters or have choppy gameplay in case the antivirus was interfering even on windows defender i did the same thing nothing worked verified integrity closing every background app that could interfere installed and re installed the game and battleye over 5 times only today the previous 2 days another 5 times each changed game settings from lowest to highest that caused no change at all tried to join both public and invite only and closed friends sessions updated all my drivers to latest and even older versions to ensure that maybe it was drivers fault but every single driver was the same factory reseted my pc today to test and still have the same results running only the game not discord open no nothing did a hardware and software check on my pc to see if there is anything wrong regarding my graphics card or my processor or even rams and memory all flawless not a problem thats the reason i seem frustrated because i have tried everything in my power and nothing seemed to work having a pc of i7 13700k rtx 3060ti 32gbs of ram that in my personal opinion should be install and play rather than trying to fix tweak everything for it to work having a 165hz monitor even limiting to 144 142 122 120 90 still the same thing

Hey everyone, I’ve got a weird issue — whenever I turn Voice Chat → ON in the settings, it instantly switches back to OFF.
My microphone works fine in other apps (like Discord, OBS, etc.), but GTA V / FiveM won’t keep it enabled.

I know that use such utilities looks a bit strange, but this can help to get rid of many useless processes that w10 is running and stealing cpu power and resources. Your call of course. Consider that there are 3 choices, green, yellow, red. Green is the more safe that change only few necessary things. I used the yellow and I am fine with it. Before make the changes, the software ask you to make a restore point, so you can revert back. Maybe worth a try. But if you are afraid that something goes bad, then don't use it. I am not forcing you 🙂

@compact capeIt's hard to find the cause in your case. I only have now a remember of MSI afterburner beta version that may cause such issues (I don't know if you are using that utility). I had to revert back to official release and I fixed the issue. I don't have further advice's, sorry.

Desync, you can try to let the host go to the door first, the other player wait 3 - 4 seconds then he can go to door too. As you hear the bump sound wait other 4 seconds then confirm the exit way.

I need some assistance with OpenIV and GTA 5. I’m currently using the Mods Manager, which includes its own singleplayer and online launch buttons. When I select “singleplayer” with all mods enabled, the manager automatically moves the mod files into the GTA V directory. If I deselect them and launch again, the mods are automatically removed before starting the game.

My question is: is there a way to use Modloader (the one that allows editing car and NPC models without changing the original game files) without having to install it directly through OpenIV?

1. Do we have a modloader.asi file that handles everything like a modloader from openiv?

2. Could I get banned from GTA Online just for having OpenIV and its three components (ASI Loader, OpenIV.ASI, and openCamera) on my PC — even if I don’t have similar plugins? The installer warns that mods can lead to bans, but I’m unsure if simply having these 3 is risky.

At your place I would verify the game files, or the system memory with memtest64, or look if your CPU / GPU overheat due to bad sttings/ dust in the fans. At last consider that some modders can crash your game, so if in closed session you don't crash then you have the answer.

With a ps5 controller on a ps5 the touchpad moves the cursor when in the internet on the phone. But with a ps5 controller on a pc it doesn't seem to let the touchpad move the mouse (the arrows and joysticks still work) is there a setting to get it to work the same as on a Playstation for this feature or is it not a compatible feature with gtao enhanced?

Prison break: take the van that is near exit gate, go to Rashkowski and with the back of the van ram him toward a wall, till he is "forced" to climb on the back. If you are able to do so, then drive slow to the path he should follow, till at some point he will move and enter the van.

You can check your internet connection, if you have a strict NAT. (From game, Social club, settings, network) . Seems that join other players with strict NAT is not possible. Sometimes a session can't be joined (Too many players, modders, NAT issue), so the advice from somnlFER is a good solution, it avoid to return back to start page, at worst you go back to story mode.
