Restart pc back to desktop. Open taskmanager and end task on any microsoft edge update processes, then open rockstar launcher and goto settings, then run verify game integrity. Then it should find a patch and should patch it. Then exit the launcher. Then open the launcher and play gta5.

Hey so me and my buddy tried doing the diamond casino heist, and every time we enter the long ass hallway to get to the vault (after we do the keycards) it kicks one of us out and stops the heist. Can someone please help?

@frigid arch There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

Sweet even better. So your ram is 1066 max. But your clock cycles in video are much lower and will run better if try for JEDEC#5 , 966Mhz. But also your video is capping its compression and its clock can be turned down 1 setting in nvidia performance tools. This will allow ram and video to sync better and not hit max limits.

Here is how i lower my video on amd.. just left side i put -2, and then 1952 Mhz for its 2000Mhz bus

well what have you tried? seems to me its a soundcard issue, in windows audio settings there is something called spatial audio, maybe check if that setting is on or not, change it and try again?

that happens because the game is outputting audio in a surround sound configuration where speech is on the center channel

but you don't have a center channel so you don't hear it

rockstar in their infinite wisdom removed the audio settings in enhanced so you gotta play around in windows until it works

Not all crashes especially ram or vram crashes will log anything related to eventviewer though. Depends if its a file issue or ram vram speed is too fast for mobo bus and should be dumbed a tidge as tests. Heavily spoken about this yesterday above about 20 posts or so.^

Some ppl chase the dcomm errors they might see but rlly its most likely ram or vram or both being too high if game is verified and loads and randomly crashes.

Sounds like u alrdy updated everything in your post, verified etc. Worth a dumbing test.

Basically motherboard bus is getting too big of packets through its chip at once from 32gb ram at above 966 Mhz and gpu vram blocks are full alrdy. Tidge them down a step will resolve blocks to interact faster. Without much notice if at all in perfs.

Sounds like an overclocking issue, are you overclocking cpu, ram or vram? Does it happen at default clock speeds if so? And if so. Then have you tried to dumb down vram and ram by 1 tidge; speed?

CPU - no, RAM - not really (XMP), GPU/VRAM - yes, but it is stable and usually issues with overclock are different and won't pass stability tests.
Additionally I don't think it's an issue with the PC, I think it's an issue with game client when some kind of network issue affects render for some reason.

Right now only about 10-20% of public sessions do that kind of stutter, also every 10 seconds and not random timing which is definitely not OC stuff. Plus sometimes stutters dissapear when some player leaves lobby. Plus no issues in solo lobbies (invite only or dropping out with suspending game process for 5-10 seconds)

it also dosen't depend on the amount of players, I've seen lobbies with 3 players stuttering while full lobby can be fine
also no issues with sound at all, sound does not stutter or lag or distort.
also it has became better after latest major patch, seems stutters now are shorter (before it was impossible to play, now just annoying) and definitely now they occur much less frequent. Before it was "almost all public lobbies stutter", now it's more like "oh, after one hour of playing and switching sessions periodically I finally found one stuttering to confirm yet another suggestion from support is not working".

If you get this msg, then its something not good with your network.
So no worries, all you do is just press alt+f4. Game will ask for confirmation that if you wanna quit the game, on that screen just select no. Make sure you select no.
And this error will disappear. And also you’ll receive a notification indicating save successful
