When you create a new online character in game you'll be given the career builder option
All it does is give you a business to start with, and some other stuff + spare cash

I just started playing this game on PC today, I set up my Criminal Career builder up, I went into my bunker, then went out of it, realised I forgot to actually go on the laptop to set it up so I went back into the bunker, the loading screen was taking way too long to load so I force closed the game. And I also have 2 level 1000 friends with 500m on balance having 0 issues migrating

This system is flawed and does NOT work as intended

I'm fairly certain that my PC-L account is eligible for transfer even though neither the money nor the level on it are legit (couldn't be bothered to start over moving over from PS4 back then)

I just got an email this morning from that division asking me to do a diagnostic check, an msinfo check, send them the files for both, send them the files for my rockstar launcher, the files for rockstar launchers pre launcher, the files for gta itself, and a screenshot of the error im getting

Loading. Up gta after the pc reset had me redo the story mode intro I went to login (this is for legacy btw) had me make my character then asked if I wanted to skip the online tutorial

I tried both yes and no, both times either got “couldn’t locate a session” or “kicked by battleye”

At the end of the day, yes I cheated and used a mod menu, but it’s rockstars fault

Maybe if they could make it so every lobby I was in wasn’t full of modern ruining everything I wouldn’t have bought my menu to PROTECT MYSELF FROM MODDERS

I literally only got my menu so I could see who would try to kick me/crash my game (it’s very common on pc. Legit for months before I had my menu I was randomly getting disconnected from full lobbies, game would get crashed, and I knew it wasn’t my game.

I get my menu then guess what? I was able to see and be protected from every modded who would do that

Because my menu would give me a notif that said “this person tried to use this mod to kick you or crash you”

ive tried everything ive found on the web and nothing seems to be working at all
ive reinstalled the game many times and rebooted my pc and all that stuff
ive deleted dll file that could be corrupt
ive change the directX value in the xml. file
ive disabled all overlays
gpu drivers are up to date

Delete d3dcsx_46.dll AND d3dcompiler.dll from your GTA V installation folder it says that u need to verify again, but DON'T DO IT it just downloads the same ones again and in 90% of the cases you get the crashes again, just delete them and don't re-download them.

this is a known bug. To fix it:
make sure that every player in the Heist limits their fps to 30 when inside the mantrap. On the way into the Vault and out of the vault.

Hello, I lost my gta on the rockstar games launcher, it says "Buy now", despite after I logged into my account through the browser, I still can find the game in my library.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

You can change from settings
For that you need to either go to storymode or main menu

did you mod your game?

try deleting the game (not using steam, delete all the files in gta v folder), then verify files in steam

Hey all, I've been experiencing an issue with the game while online, either solo or with a crew. When playing the game will sometimes stutter excessively, my sound on my PC will stop working, and my wireless Xbox One S controller will disconnect while continuously vibrating.

Any idea why this may be happening?
