Most of the time it's the battleye itself causes the issue

can someone help me please? ive had this problem with Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced for a few days now, when i try to move using my keyboard in game, it is very deylayed and moves for a lot longer than i held the button down for. for example, i held W to move forwards for 2 seconds, then about 3 seconds later it started to move me, and then my character would move for a much longer than it would have normally. ive tested this on other games and it doesnt happen there, so it is just for this game. ive also tried cleaning my keyboard encase, i restarted my game and PC multiple times, and ive even tried uninstalling too. this happens on both online and story mode.

i was finally able to get mine fixed. I did a fresh reinstall, full shutdown of my rockstar games launcher and restarted my pc. any one of those things fixed it. i would recommend trying the last 2 before uninstalling and resinstalling

Hey yall, I just migrated my profile. it migrated to enhanced successfully, I had everything. I honestly wanted to restart, so I created a new character. It did the thing where it gave me 4 mil and I picked my career and stuff, but when I joined the world (the actual game after I saved my purchases, I purchased the nightclub and a car) I had nothing. It gave me no tutorial, and it says I have no cars in my garage. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Once I got the enhanced download I made a new character with the 4 mil start, but then I wanted to restart but it didn't let me do the 4 mil start with a new character. I tried to migrate, but then it deleted my legacy characters. I just want to do a fresh start with the 4 mil but after deleting characters on legacy and enhanced as well as trying everything under the sun with creating new characters, the best I can get is it will let me go through the 4 mil selection and creation, but then spawns me in without the stuff I selected. The audio on my computer is different from legacy and enhanced, legacy is loud and clear and enhanced is so quiet. I tried messing with some settings but I’m not too sure what to do.

I did a little digging and it seems like the only way to get a full reset is by contacting Rockstar Support and having them wipe your player data. So I guess it's just a waiting game for them to respond to my ticket at this point.

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

Found solution bro, delete 'PlayGTAV.exe' from game folder and zlib.dll and restart rockstar launcher, make sure to close it before that.

all* graphics cards from the last few decades use the same pcie 16x slot, the generation doesn't matter with a gpu that slow because it'll never saturate all 16 lanes of gen 2

there's only a 35 watt difference in power draw and just about any computer comes with at least a hundred watts to spare from the factory

actually you do need one 6 pin power connector for a gt 740, so check that your power supply has one

Bro so today I got gta5 since it was on sale and I went to play Online with my friend and his computer sucks so we had to use legacy and blah blah blah... But basically I open the gane it says I can't use cloud saves then it loads and says I need to sign in to my rockstar launcher (which is already signed in) And if it does end up skipping past that after I spam the home button it makes me load in to the story infinitely. I've tried updating my pc,reinstalling rockstar,reinstalling gta5,updating winkdes,restarting windows,trying other games (the online services work but not the cloud saves),giving grand theft auto admin,checking the firewall to make sure it has access and other ip addresses or anything you could think of. I've spent so long reopening this game that it's nearing the 2hour+ refund time

Proton VPN is good have Moderate NAT settings, but requires Subscription i used it many times, just make sure to turn off every other settings other than moderate nat to reduce latency, you will be still playing with 100ms or more if you dont have vpn servers in your country PHYSICALLY

Hi! My friend recently started playing and her keyboard is without numpad. So instead of buying a new keyboard, I wanna help her rebind the aircraft controls to arrow keys.
Question is what other things do we need to rebind and how do we do it as to not have any issues? I know that right arrow key is used for dropping crates from aircrafts during sales missions. Where can we find that keybind and what key is safe to bind it to?
For pulling up the phone we will bind it to mouse side button and use the scroll wheel to navigate it.
Anything else I'm forgetting?

If you don't have a character to migrate, and one isn't present, that means it most likely got deleted, deleted characters can't be recovered though

blank crew emblems usually look like this, or it uses a filler black square in the background to make your selected thing look more appearant, so you can't really do that, or if you want, you can put a square though, you can most likely just scale up a square icon and make it fill the whole page and that could work (image for reference)

try through the rockstar UI. Sometimes for whatever reason GTA has trouble seeing friends online. inviting through the rockstar UI usually works as a work around.

Make sure you have them listed as an account friend.

yeh. it goes through the enhanced new launch screens. where you know you see the info about the guzman content.. and then fails afterwards.. I tried alternatively to launch story mode, and got the same results.. it just sits on the loading screen till i give up and end task.

That shouldn't mess with it, just try clearing your document profiles folder (Documents > Rockstar Games > GTAV / GTAV Enhanced depending on which you are trying to get into > Profiles (and remove the files within this)
