For those interested in higher frame rates that were promised by Rockstar, you're sadly out of luck. While they may have removed the 120 FPS limit, the engine limit is now around 163 FPS, whereas in GTA V Legacy the engine limit is 188 FPS, so overall the range of possible frame rates in Enhanced is still lower than Legacy. The game becomes slightly stuttery near 163 FPS in Enhanced, but it's not nearly as bad as approaching 188 FPS in Legacy.
