could be you are thermal/power throttling

I approach the office and a text message appears to me that I should go to his office. When I go, it doesn't let me in because the blue circle doesn't appear on the office entrances. So I bought gta v premium edition (the one with the megalodon shark card and such) on my steam account a long time ago (something like 2 years ago) and when I made my social club account on the rockstar launcher it got hacked months later (I contacted support and allat but to no avail). So I’m back to playing gta v because I want to play it with my friends, so I made a new social club account. But when I finally made the account there was a popup on my rockstar launcher saying that I could scan my pc for game files. So if I download gta v back from steam could I get my copy of the game back? And also is there an option to buy the premium megalodon shark card pack? I can’t find it

Unfortunately this isn’t an option. Bc the avenger is glitched inside the moc. Don’t worry tho we figured it

First try:

1. Close Launcher by Task Manager
2. Go to: C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Rockstar Games\Launcher
3. Delete the 'launcher' folder

If that does't work try:
On RGL: Settings > Grand Theft Auto V under 'My installed games' > Verify game file integrity
On Steam: Right-click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.
On Epic: Click the three dots next to GTA > Manage > Verify Files.

If that still doesn't work:
First try starting the RGL as an Admin, if that still doesn't work reinstall the Launcher (not the game)

Worst Case:
Uninstall and Reinstall the game and the Launcher using e.g Revo Uninstaller

Does that CPU require yu to update BIOS?

In some cases you have to update BIOS before doing the upgrade

Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Oh yes that should be better on new version as it's more than minimum requirements on new version and DX12 will make some use of those cores

GTA V legacy version could use only 4 cores even if you had more than that

just happened to me too. I solved it by launching the R games launcher before steam

I signed in in the launcher THEN opened GTA

youll notice youre probably signed out in the launcher

I've had GTA5 since almost 5 years now and took like a 2 year break of playing the game and in the meanwhile I got a new pc...
Now my problem is, that in those 5 years, my email adress which is linked to my rockstar games account is not accessible anymore, meaning I cant verify my login, leading to me loosing all of my progress
I can't contact Rockstar games support directly because being honest.. their support is bad
Creating a new account wouldnt work either because i cant login to the launches because the other account is linked to my steam so it wont let me login
Is there any fricking way to contact rockstar games or to change that or does anyone know someone working at rockstar games so I can maybe get my stuff back???
I'm not really willing to get progress of 700h back ._.
I have some stuff which you can't get anymore and I would like to keep it
