I run gta on my school laptop with 8gb of ram no issue at all.. just make sure ur not running 76 chrome tabs at the same time gta's running, go in display settings set gta to high perfomance.. change ur directx version. One thing you can try is Right clicking on your desktop, opening NVIDIA Control Panel, then Manage 3D Settings, and on the Global Settings tab, and make sure anything that says "GPU(s)" at the end says NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 and not auto-select or the Intel gpu

population density is basically dense traffic and a lot of npcs, population variety can actually be left on max, but i dont think it's worth it cuz it eats performance, and distance scaling is basically litter props lying on curbs and so on
