I'm just going to past back everything i've sent to Rockstar support because it takes them three hours to respond:

Completely unable to enter GTA 5 Online or Offline. Using either launch method, my rockstar games launcher is stuck on this screen (first screenshot) and my game is stuck on Entering Online/Offline (as shown in 2nd screenshot). Attempting to close the game through task manager does not fully close the game, as shown on steam (3rd screenshot), and attempting to press "STOP" on steam leaves me endlessly on "STOPPING", where I have to restart my pc to finally close GTA V (Screenshot 4). I've never had this issue or seen this issue before, all methods of fixing it that i have found online haven't worked. I've reinstalled my game completely, verified game files after manually deleting 30gb of dlls. I have no mods, please help.

Sidenote: Red Dead Redemption 2 Online and Story mode work completely fine, with no problems signing in.

After 20 minutes of loading, I can still hear the music but the game has frozen (screenshot 1) and RS games launcher displays this message (screenshot 2). Presumably some kind of timeout.

Trying to close GTA as a background process through resource monitor leads to this message: "When attempting to execute the command, the following system error occurred: Access is denied."

Resetting steam cache did not help.

I can send screenshots if anyone wants to try and help but out of everything ive tried, nothing has worked, absolute nightmare

Hi guys, my friend and I were playing the Diamond casino heist together, and the heist crashed at the moment where we go through the tunnel to pick up the cash, I get thrown out of the heist into another session, and I end up in the same tunnel, and the only way out of it is death, we've already restarted twice, and still nothing. We read online that the heist host should go last, and the whole group should be in front of the host and walk slowly. My friend walked on Ctrl to the end of the tunnel, then I went, and I crashed at the same place.

That's how it works. After claiming insurance, your destroyed vehicle goes back to your garage and u gotta request it back either via mechanic or M menu ( Request Personal Vehicle )

in ur windows search bar type in 'services' and open it. then look for 'Program Compability assistance Service' then right click it then properties, then switch disabled to automatic.

you can also do the same for 'Rockstar Game Library Service' right click > properties > automatic
they wont be hard to find since its by letter. so just go down the list of P's and R's

Hi i have a problem with online. When i join a friends session it says that i was kicked because of battleye and i get kicked from the session and online it says C:\Windows\System32\win64help.dll when i go on online
Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.

Probably asked a lot… tracking gta is kind of trash on pc (old game, barely gets optimization updates if any)

How do you stop the infinite loading screens, constant memory errors, constant initialization errors?

Did casino heist yesterday and crashed 5 times mid heist, didn’t crash outside.

My specs are basically top of the line so at least that shouldn’t be the issue. I have gta thru rockstar, not steam…. Anything to fix?

Errors but the infinite loading screen and memory errors don’t usually happen, maybe once per 8 hrs but the screen one is almost every other game

The problem is huge and drives me crazy every day. The biggest problem is the rendering distance of shadows and objects. Also, a problem with anisotropic filtering. It is set to X16, but does not work at all. At twenty to thirty meters from you, the textures on the roads look blurry and incomprehensible.
There is my full PC spec:

RX 7800 XT
32GB 3200MHz DDR4
SSD M2 NVMe 1TB ADATA XPG Gammix S11 Pro.
How can I fix this problem? I am willing to work with all of you guys to fix this.

I think the reason why your shadow rendering is pretty bad is because of AMD CHS

so basically consoles have a better version of the game that supports many modern graphical improvements over the PC version and has higher settings

It also has exclusive features like HSW which makes cars go way faster and semi ray tracing and all that

I think it also supports FSR 2 and runs on dx12 on xbox
