Keep in mind that gta online aparently runs worse compared to single player so my 100-130 fps (actually ran the system or whatever to see your fps around the map) translates to around 70-90 (dont have fps counter in gta on because shift+tab opens steam overlay which annoyed me so i disabled it but it runs smooth so i can confirm its over 60fps) i've noticed gta online having constant frame drops that arent a issue in single player

And I could ignore it, but it won't let me join friends or start missions/heists cuz it says I need to "complete the gta online tutorials" first. I played for years and haven't had this issue. Is making two copies of GTAV as simple as copy n paste, in the same drive location. As I heard the Epic Games version of GTA is “harder to mod” than the Steam version

So everytime you make a new game location you have to start a new download from within epic and pause it then copy the game files and then resume on epic for it to detect the game

For me matchmaking doesn't work in public session, so I always use Crew only to host and randoms join successfully.

if its a faulty HDD it would be cheaper to upgrade to a newer HDD with higher capacity, you could prob get a traditional 4TB HDD for $100, just make sure it will fit, and almost all SDD will fit, but beware of being labeled a modder potentially with a SDD

i use to work for PC Tech Support and Sales, data recovery and HDD repair can cost way more than an upgrade

He already said he replaced it so a repair shop should be able rule out why it's seeing the data as corrupted or maybe both of the HDDs are faulty but instead of all the testing hassle the repair guy gets to do it

what kind of lag? if its load screens between sessions, that is up to your HDD/SDD speed and everyone else in the session. if its general fps loss, then memory can increase your performance, but only so far... i run a 32gb system with an 8gb GPU. I have no issues with lag unless someone blows up like 10+ vehicles at the same time, but im running gigabit internet as well... so it depends on specifics

Hey, does anyone know how to fix the too many redirects error when logging into rockstar website? I tried deleting my cookies but it only works temporarily.
