Hey guys. I can't host any stunt race in Public sessions. I can host but randoms won't join via call. I thought it's only me, but I noticed this problem is observed by many of the top stunt racers in GTA Online. One workaround they found is, host in Crew session. Then game invites players and they can join via call. Anyone know why this would happen?

Yup, but it was still okay 4-5 months ago. Then we realized it's causing more issues now and after that we all don't play races much. It's very sad. But I do want to play.

I highly doubt existing hackers/cheaters won't be able to find workarounds (I noticed some public session right now just like before, hackers doing usual stuff). But it can surely help new players play legit without hacks mods in Online. I don't want to be pessimistic but that's what I expect.

Good news for me, I can host in Public session now, few players joined via call. I'm not sure if this update fixed the issue but I guess it has to be updates that make or break things. So it might be possible this update fixed something broken for me.

Hello i have been having issues with my rockstar and gta when trying to launch for likke 6+ months. When launching the rockstar launcher sometimes it gives the prompt "failed to initalize" but not every time. When it does launch i cannot then launch gta 5 as it just gets stuck on a forever loading screen. I have ran troubleshoot and it is to do with the windows compatibility mode but i have chanced all settings needed and it it still not fixed. When i brang this up to a friend he said its a BIOS setting i need to chance but does not know what setting it is. I have been trying to fix this issue for months please help me fix my gta. 1. Go to CMD and type
   ipconfig /flushdns
   followed by
   ipconfig /release
   ipconfig /renew
2. restart the computer
3. as an addition try going to the gta5 folder, delete battleye, then verify integrity of files, it will pull the files from the servers, do this step only if the first 2 steps do not work. if they do work omit this step, after deleting the file validating integrity, repeat step 1 and 2 then restart.

CMD or powershell do work, run them in administrator mode.
