Its not letting me play GTA Online, a friend wanted me to try it out again after many years, and I try to launch it up and it tells me SERVERS DOWN "Online services are unavailable at this time. Please try again later."

Oh srry didn't have wifi for a bit. One of my friends has an error when he joins to the rockstar launcher it say to do the newset version or to re install it. 1) We deleted it all and re installed it but nothing. 2) we did verify gta files as rockstars but still nothing. He turned off the anti viruses but still nothing. He opened the thing your pressing control+shift+escape and wrote ipconfig /flushdns for updates it said successfully but still nothing. + he had all the newset version of his windows I mean he didn't have any update. And he re started too his wifi but still nothing. We have done every single step rockstar said if any has this problem

why does my oppresor keep despawning whenever I drive it out of my garage, for some reason when I load in on the street, it despawns the oppressor and puts it back in the garage, I also cant spawn it in via mc president or mechanic (it just doesnt spawn in at all)

Basically the issue happens when onedrive tries to back your Rockstar Games folder when it's running so it doesn't copy all the files and they're not complete so the launcher freezes
