If you're using the same rockstar account, on character creation it should prompt you to migrate your account or tell you you're not eligible for it

I think your problem might be a connection issue, since you tried all software solutions.

Check your firewalls (if you own any), open router/modem and check NAT type, try with VPN etc.

Gta makes stupid errors. You can check log file too. Go to Documents - Rockstar Games - Launcher - launcher.log and try to find errors.

I am sorry for my bad English, it isn't my preferred language. I will try to explain best. Whenever I join a Public session and host a Mission it launches. But when I launch another mission that doesnt work. Missions cancels automatically. But when I join invite/friend session I can launch as many mission as I want.

i downloaded an older version of the game because my scrips werent working, and when i started it back up, they were running smooth but i forgot to install the older version compatibility thing for natural vision, but after i installed that my scripts stopped working. So what happens is that when I restart my pc and open the game it opens in windowed screen

Not in full-screen then I change the settings and click apply but still not changing to full screen then is close the game
