I can’t start up gta 4(steam) and gta 5(epic games). Both go through the rockstar launcher. The logo keeps loading until I get the error ‘gta is already running’. Task manager shows it’s running and all of a sudden my system crashes and gives BSOD

UPDATE: The BSOD thing got resolved but gta 4 starts up and runs at 2(?) fps after I updated the graphics driver. Every other game, including gta 5 works fine except for gta 4

help. I can't load GTA with mods. Every time I add any mod (even just one), the game stays on black screen then eventually crashes.

vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll are missing when launching GTAV - PC

This guide will explain how to solve the issue with links to the specific files and how to install them.

- Why does the issue happen? The issue is caused by missing Visual C++ files that the game needs to run and is fairly simple to fix.

Note: Blue text indicates a clickable link

Solutions:
- Method 1 - Install all C++ Redistributables: This process can be easily simplified by using a tool which automatically installs any missing versions of the C++ runtimes. Here's a link for the tool; Make sure to run install_all as an administrator, and after it's done, restart your PC and relaunch the game.
- Method 2 - Verify the game files: There's a chance that while verifying the game files that your Launcher downloads the missing files and this can be done by doing the following:
Rockstar Games Launcher: Open the Launcher > Go to Settings > My installed games > Grand Theft Auto V. After locating the game, you should see this screen. After you see the screen press on verify integrity and wait until the verification has been completed.
Steam: Launch Steam > Go to Library > Grand Theft Auto V > Right click on the game in the Library list > Local Files. After pressing local files, you should see this screen. After that press on Verify Integrity of Game Files and wait for the verification to be completed.
Epic Games Launcher: Open the Launcher > Go to Library > Locate GTAV and click on the three dots > Click Verify and wait until the verification has been completed.

- Method 3 - Install the files manually using Windows Explorer: This can be a bit tricky if you don't know how to navigate the explorer but it's easier than it seems. First start by downloading the missing files, Then open File Explorer and go to This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Windows > Look for a SysWOW64 folder or search for it > Extract the zip file and copy the .dll files > Paste the .dll files inside of SysWOW64 > Give administrator permissions if nessecary > Restart your PC > Relaunch the game. The error should be gone after those steps.

If you still experience any issues or have difficulty installing the files, make sure to report them in the channel.

so when you sign in, you aren't signing into your account, you're signing into a dummy account by the hacker

if you have an email from rockstar in the email address you originally used for social club, you might be able to recover the real account

they should notify you when the email account changes, but that doesn't always happen it seems

Go into your windows’ (assuming you’re a human and you use windows) settings, find mouse settings then lower sensitivity and mouse acceleration

Your processor/motherboard or primary storage device is probably your problem. I have an old processor but I run GTA on a good SSD and it works fine for me. GTA runs like garbage on hard disk drives. Graphics shouldn’t be a problem at all you’re running a decent card so check your processor and if you have an HDD then just upgrade to SSD

As long as you have the minimum spec PCI Express slot for your GPU, the motherboard wont really wont do you any issues (might bottleneck) unless you really want to overclock the GPU. Also depending on what CPU you got paired, either one might bottleneck (not perform at their max capacity) depending on the pairing - Drivers are also good to check before hand, especially if youre swapping from AMD to Nvidia, or vice versa. In case, try to download a compatible driver manually before you swap your GPU, and check for the latest ones after installing. Also, depending on your monitor and how old / new it is, you might also check your inputs and if they match your GPU outputs.

All of this is however pretty standard and not something to worry about if you have an updated system already, and just want to swap.

Guys Help Please

I got a new PC and I redownloaded GTA V there
but I found the game is reseted and started from scratch! and won't to be load as I left it and it seems my saving wasn't cloud but local
then I copied a save file from the old PC and deleted the hard after it worked

but I found that the save file was an old file and it's made conflicts in the GTA Online which it showed the old missions that I have already done and when I try to pass it again the game will crash
so I can't finish the old missions or playing the latest missions

is there anyway to restore my previous latest save data or fixing this conflict?

Uhhh guys, I need help.
I never had problems with GTA, and recently out of nowhere the game started massively stuttering, to the point where I can't even play. It stutters like every 0.01 seconds, and the stuttering itself lasts for a few seconds.
Changing game settings is also really hard because of this.
Also, when the game stutters my entire PC does too; for example when I'm on alt tab.
My game usually runs between 90-140 fps, and I tried limiting it to 144 or 60. I also tried decreasing and increasing graphics settings. I tried playing in fullscreen with Vsync enabled.
Nothing worked.
The game is completely unplayable and there is nothing I can do.
Specs: Ryzen 5 5600 | Rx 6700xt | 32gb RAM | Game located on an SSD

I managed to complete the mission, for me what I had to do was put my personal car in the entrance to the garage where the yellow marker would be then use the jubilee, get the low rider and park just outside your garage
