It will only happen when going fast because they can't handle the streaming while rendering new assets as efficiently because they're full utilized

I'm having problems running my GTA V, I have the 108GB Version... it has a very big lag problem second mission of the Lamar and Franklin game, the game is at 2 to 5 FPS, unplayable! The first ludendorff mission (I think that's the name) ran smoothly, I drove smoothly, with the graphics on normal and everything. And then when you go to the second mission, the game has this problem. I've tried everything, even Indian video to Ultimate sh!t Editions mod, but the game doesn't respond to anything, it continues with the lag, I put the graphics at 360p and nothing too and my PC's settings meet the minimum requirements - ---> i3 10th gen 4.10 GHz, 1TB, 4 GB Ram, Intel HD Graphics 620, I've seen people with a Celeron, 2 GB Ram able to play the game with Ultra Low Graphics mods, but mine won't work at all some.

The game needs atleast 8GB of RAM to run decently these days

Hey so ages ago I installled some mods, I think I had a crack at installing shaders too, and now Ive tried to remove them all and cant think of anything there could be but when I launch the game it says "sus stuff detected u could be banned". I also remember last time it wouldnt even let me into online mode which sucked. Im moving the games install to my SSD because I plan on playing again, and I will update if it lets me into online, or the warning message goes away, but I remember last time I uninstalled the game and it still said there was suspicious stuff. Search for Sound Settings from your Windows taskbar and open -> On the right side of the window look for Sound Control Panel -> under Playback tab look for your headphones, right-click and go to Properties -> under Advanced tab uncheck the boxes under "Exclusive mode"

This may or may not help, but I've had Windows cause weird conflicts with audio devices when it tries to manage control.

If you use them as your main playback device you may want to right-click them and select "Set as Default Device".

The default mapping for controller should be LB to aim while in a car and left trigger to reversee with RB being the hand brake

It could be an issue with the steam controller config if you do the whole steam>settings>Controller>general Controller Configureation it could be mapped weirdly there

If it’s in online then there’s not really a way online is just unstable like that and can’t do a lot of fps without really good and expensive specs and even then it still can’t most of the time

As of now, IF your nvidia driver is on 535.98 You might experience stuttering due to some issuees cause by the driver itself , do revert to the previous version.

that will help u stabilize your performance, the other option which was suggested is to upgrade your RAM to 16gb.
If you are comfortable with tweaking stuff on your device , u can always do undervolting

Usually you do undervolting to decrease the power load going thru the card, thus temperatures, thus also your power bill. It only really has an effect in your games if your GPU was extremely hot and thermal throttling, but with a 1650 being 75W... good luck overheating that thing in the first place
