GTA V won't load, tried everything, restarting system, verifying game file integrity, running Steam + RGL as admin, reinstalling RGL, reinstalling graphics drivers, running Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstalling with NVCleanstall. This is a brand new install of GTA from Steam and was just having issues with Sea of Thieves due to memory issues, but just tried again and SoT now works fine. CrystalDiskInfo seems to report the hard drive is fine and h2testw wrote and verified 40gb successfully. Windows had no issue with the built in memory diagnostic. Anyone have any ideas? If opening GTA from Steam without RGL running, RGL will open but then eventually crash. If opening GTA from Steam with RGL running, or directly from RGL, the game will just not load, but the RGL will stay open.

Other games are working fine, like A Way Out, NBA 2K23, now Sea of Thieves works fine too, among others

I bought GTA V 2 days ago on my PC, I can't get it to boot at all, I've re-installed the game 3 times, tried on my C and D drive, my drivers are up to date, I don't have to update my windows computer, I've tried as far as I could for every tutorial I could find on Youtube made in the past year, I've spent 6+ hours with rockstar support, it went from uninstalling the games launcher to completely wiping my PC and re-installing windows (which I didn't do and I can't do, I just simply have too much I don't wanna lose). The only thing that I get is that when I try to run the game, it asks me for UAC, User Accouunt Control CONSTANTLY every 1-15 seconds, and eventually after a while of clicking "Yes", it brings up the rockstar connecting menu thing, then just says I cannot connect to rockstar games. The only notable piece of information I have gotten is that I appear to never have "Rockstar Game Libary Services" inside my Services menu. Does anyone have suggestions?

Ay so does anyone else have this issue where if you try to alt tab out of the game while its launching, the game freezes and stays like that for a minute before crashing? If I try to load through without alt tabbing, it still freezes after waiting in the gta online loading screen for a few minutes, and like before it crashes after 1 minute.
