I can connect to other websites just fine which I think rules out any internet connection problem. tried using VPN to connect to the website, it connected but doesn't display anything, don't know what that means though. Also tried connecting to the website with my phone via mobile data, connected just fine. Still don't know what it means, though.

i just recently bought gta on pc and when i try to launch it i get this ERR Fil Pack 3 Error

Have a look in your 'OpenIV.log' (in GTAV root folder. Check other '.log's for info too) & see if you can track down exactly what '.rpf', or file inside it, is causing the 'ERR_FIL_PACK_3' then either, replace that file (might work), or rebuild the entire archive manually using a working vanilla '.rpf' from the game folder. You can open the broken '.rpf' & move it's pertinent (ie modded) files to a folder in windows & use those files to rebuild the new one.
It won't take long to do it that way 👍

Your PS4 shouldn't be able to change your IP

It's the router that has the configuration

There is one consistent solution but it works a lot of time

You have to keep the router off overnight and check if the IP changes

Because at that point shouldn't be able to keep track of that IP

Another solution is to contact Rockstar support with a working internet that can access their site

And another solution is to rebuild the database on your PS4

If none of these work then the issue should resolve itself after a while

Sorry if this seems a bit complicated but there isn't a consistent solution to this issue it's one of the most common and Rockstar still hasn't fixed it

One more thing you can also is the clean uninstallation guide in the pins

People tried it wiith that issue here and it seemed to work

Unless you have mods installed like FiveM which will make the Launcher not work for the mod to function

If we are looking at new CPU's, Intel's 12th gen offerings are pretty decent, but if you don't wanna fork out as much, 5th gen Ryzens are pretty darn strong for the price. That happens to me quite a lot

It's caused by desync for the most part but you kinda can fix it by capping your frame rate to 30 or 45 fps

Theres no real way to solve it as far as i know, but you can greatly reduce the chances of it happening by capping your fps (all team mates)

I did a lot of testing

And capping framerate seemed to fix it, if it doesn't fix it it pribably has something to do with the team mate being far away from you in the mantrap, this seemed to cause it to happen too

TLDR: Desync, living far away from who you're playing with, fps related, team mate being a bit far behind in the mantrap

I found a bug that is deteriorating to player experience;
When the system leaves the GTA platform & loads another then after X time the user turns off the system for ~13 hours. Then restarts the system & loads GTA, the platform loads straight to clouds with: "quitting online session". Then loads back into online session. If you choose to "find new session" you get swapped out to story mode. If you load back to online you have about 5min of online till you get booted back to story mode or the game crashes
