Maybe these don't help, but have you tried

• checking that your system specs is up to standard?
• checking that your game's files are intact and not modified and corrupt? You can do it in Steam with "check file integrity".

I even tried going to offline mode, doing the first part of the story mode and tried loading into online there but still said the same. Saying requiring files to access online
