Your CPU is currently only using 1.28 ghz because you are not doing anything CPU intensive, its in the power plan settings, theres a good chance its set to balanced instead of high performance. Other than that, 60-70 fps in a full GTA Online lobby is completely normal, the game is not well optimized to begin with and is very much CPU dependant. As far as i remember, the 10th gen intels were... mediocre at best.

hi i just resetted my lap 2 3 weeks back and downloaded the games including gta v in my lap and i started the gta v game till the loading screen from where we can select to enter story mode or online mode and quit the game but when i try to take the gta v now and enter the online mode directly even after 10 to 15 mins the game still doesnt come it keeps loading so then i quited the game using taskbar and take the game again and gone to story mode normally it should have been opened faster but story mode also taking loonger time and still keeps loading it doenst open what should i do?

Whenever Rockstar releases an update to the launcher or the game this error for getting online happens

So all you got to do is to turn on vpn to a different server and start playing sometimes that fails too so you remove the launcher and launch the game with a different vpn and then it updates / install the launcher and you are good to go

But the fix is not a 100 percent cause still at times it won’t get you online cause of internet vpn traffic

I tried testing everything when it happens but it either crashes the game or removes audio but the game suddenly works then crashes after 5 mins or the game goes into a black screen if you try to interact with it by using quick resume or trying to disconnect the controller

mine got a black screen i ended the tasks and tried again and it did work

Your current ip is blocked from rockstar servers (we don't know why) , so you can use another connection , a vpn , or you can try to unplug your router for some minutes to try changing ip.

My problem was that i boot my windows 10 from my m.2 ssd and i got a 4t seagate hdd for all my games but what happened was i needed to uninstall the rockstar launcher by itself from my m.2 ssd and reinstall it via redirecting the installation path to my hdd via Steam/Steamapps/Grand Theft Auto V folder so all my gta v and rockstar files are in the same place

I tried everything on yt and they told me to delete social club and when I did it I can't even run rockstar launcher anymore
I downloaded the launcher back and it worked but still offline mode problem
I tried using vpn and it says online mode will available once u completed prologue (I have completed the whole storyline)
