You either abused the replay glitch or you joined too many Cayo Perico finales within a span of 30 minutes

Cayo Perico has a earnings limit of around 4.183 million that lasts for 30 minutes after you done a Cayo Perico finale starting from whenever you did one after a while

Once the 30 minutes passed it resets and you can earn money from Cayo Perico again

So each finale you complete within that time frame adds up to that limit, if you go over it, no money

You have a dinamic ip then. Your ISP provided you with a banned ip, so what you have to do is disconnect your router for like 20-30 minutes so it gives you a new ip. Then you'll be able to login as usual

Okay heres the deal I launch gta V after a minute the audio starts glitching out after which the game breaks my pc audio or partialy corrupts it or leaves it completely fine the game is also laging while in the menu even though the frame rate is fine

also the game sometimes crashes sending back an "err_gfx_d3d_init" error
