The cons are that you make less money, takes longer to fill up, multiple vehicles if you sell full, you get raids if you don’t own mansion security. The MC businesses are outdated. They were worth it long time ago but we got better options now. Eventually you’ll buy everything anyways, but just get the things that make you more money first.

If you already got the acid lab, and looking to buy more businesses then go for it.

This depends, if you have been playing for a long time you should have rebreathers in your inventory. I created a second account and bought the sub, started the heist and found that I didn’t have them. Just go by an ammunation and make sure you at least buy one. Once you have one the game automatically gives them to you so you will always have the max (20)

The acid lab you get for free after finishing all 6 of first dose missions. Then you request 10 jobs from Dex and that's enough money for the upgrade
