I tried the enhanced version a while back and my pc was not running it properly so I switched back to legacy. Now I upgraded and it runs smoothly however none of the progress I've done for the past few months transferred to enhanced version. Is there a way to "overwrite" the enhanced version character with the one with all my progress?

There is an acid lab source mission that has one you can drive. You cannot store mission cars but you are able to use them to force spawn others. The tailgater has a spawn location at the airport. So either do the mission, have a friend that has one spawn it for you or buy it from them from LSCM. It’s super cheap anyways.
