Aside from maybe the acid lab, that’s unfortunately not enough to get a new business, unless there is a discount on certain businesses. You should use available solo options or play with other people to save up money

A and V and R for solo, or joining someone else’s heist and playing with them

You can go to the relevant LFG channel and find someone to play a heist with

Start a sell mission and session jump back into your bunker and do it again if you don’t get a good option

Go to your bunker go to the computer sell your stuff

If you get a bunch of vehicles and a bunch of deliveries for each vehicle, make sure your spawn location is sent to your bunker and then go to the menu and online and find a new session

You can decide what you are OK with and what missions you don’t want

I personally prefer the big trailer mission because it’s only one delivery

And I’m going to lose out on a bit of money to get it
