Acid Lab only has 1 upgrade for 250k but you can call Mutt from your phone to buy more supplies but if you want to just source them you can call him for that too (I think)

Nightclub needs the Equipment upgrade to be super profitable and other businesses to connect to it including Coke, Methal (get ride of A and L), Special Cargo, Bunker, and Counterfeit Cash

The NC is very good but very expensive to get going

Another alternative is the bunker which will need both staff and equipment upgrade to be profitable enough to buy supplies which is heavily reccomended for all businesses

Trust me, just go to the compound and spend sometime sneaking around the guards without killing anyone to learn their patterns. There is no time limit.

I always do longfin so I can grab my secondary first. Even with stopping at airport, main or north entry points first you can still complete it under the 15 minute to get the elite challenge.
