It's based on the value level of the car iirc, 2 waves for low end, 3 for mid, and 4 for top end, but if you have another player outside of your organization in the lobby with you, it doesn't spawn enemies.

Do Stash Houses daily and you get 1 full bar of supply to your passive business, could just shut down Cash and Weed so supplies always goes to Acid or Bunker

My GTA Online character appears in the migration screen from Legacy to Enhanced, but when I press migrate I receive the message:

"The GTA Online profile associated with this Rockstar Games account is not eligible for migration at this time."

My character is visible in the migration menu but migration is blocked. The Legacy version works normally.
