Since last June, meleeing with anything doesn't have any effect on the jugg. You can run and knock him down and then shoot him (or just shoot him if you have the Aggressor loadout).

Depends a lot on your choice for the locations of not just the nightclub but also bunker, hangar/special cargo warehouse, cocaine lockup, meth lab, and counterfeit cash factory. About 10 million is a pretty good estimate I'd say.

I wouldn't worry too much about that though, just the base nightclub with staff upgrade is already better than most businesses as long as you keep the popularity up which is pretty easy. The rest is more of a longer term goal.

You can't use another account and try and transfer from a prior account, it has to be the same account through and through, you can migrate cross platforms from xbox and ps alike but it has to be the same account with all linkages to it

No prerequisites to do Avi/Vincent. Avi pays 525k on hard, Vincent is locked to 500k regardless of difficulty.

Np. Both Avi and Vincent have a bonus 250k each, called a "first time bonus", so 500k extra total for doing them both. Avi is 5 missions, Vincent is 6. Avi also has an elite challenge for the finale that pays a bonus 100k if you can get it done. There's also the missions to get the acid lab, which imo is the best thing you can get early game. To get it, go to the R in Sandy Shores (LS Drug Wars is what the pop up says), do that first mission at the R then it moves to a D down by the casino. Do 5 more missions at that D marker to get the Brickade for free, after getting it there will be a smiley face mission you'll need to do in freemode, there are 3 total, you only need 1. After that you pay 750k to convert the Brickade to an acid lab, and then you call Dax on the phone and request work 10 times to unlock the upgrade for the lab. They're called Fooligan Jobs, pay 50k each, upgrade costs 250k. Hope the bot don't flag me 🤣
