You can’t, it doesn’t work like that. You have to pick one and then the next time you go back to it it will shuffle and give you different options

There’s only a limited number of security contract mission options, so it will randomize which three you get and how much you get for the three options

Obviously the option that pays the most is the most worth it

Rooster grabs crates randomly, where are manual lets you select the type
There are bonuses for the same type of cargo, like 25 of the top 3 gives a 35% extra sell value per crate
50 of the same of the top gives 70% bonus.
Plus you don't have to pay for the crate, just time

Only issue is its kinda slow if you don't have others to help. 1 crate if solo but up to 4 with 4 players in your org.
Helpers don't get paid anything for sourcing so not incentive sadly to help

The values were never updated when they buffed it, then selling to Los Santos gives you a 50% bonus, so that value should be higher like I think 140k for a full batch of supplies then the bonus in that for selling to LS

So they buffed the Bunker years ago but I guess they never updated the sale value that displays
