Farmhouse is the best bunker. you will learn the hard way about Chumash when you get those Marshall deliveries that take you all the way out east. Marshall deliveies from Farmhouse are closer. The truck deliveries go straight tot he drop off where as with Chumash you gota go thru the city

I’m pretty sure the reason is that almost all(if not all) heists have “nobody gets wasted” or “don’t get detected” as a requirement for elite and you have to die/fail to quick restart

There are prob some situations where you can quick restart without dying or failing by losing stealth but pretty sure that still voids the challenge

You should be able to shoot out with medium armor, but if you mean the classic insurgent not the pick up then I’m not as familiar with that model but I’m going to think it works similarly. Some of the armor options prevent shooting out of the vehicles for all inside it
