Npcs such noobs dojt matter much which weapons to use. I like combat mg mk2, special carbine mk2, grenade launcher, railgun, tactical smg, ap pistol, rpg, homing launcher, heavy sniper mk2, assault shotgun. For throwables I choose to only carry sticky bombs.

Acid prob best passive, NC can be good once it’s set up but it has high investment. Most the MC stuff is bad to mediocre if there’s no boosts on them and the bail office is probably the worst. Salvage yard has to be upkept pretty heavy to be decent and arcade is just low value safe at 5k per day

Only other passives are car wash, garment factory, and agency but the agency has high time investment since you have to do 201 standard contracts to max out it’s safe
