Other than that stuff like arcade/facility for heists is good but they are forced two player heists unlike how the first 3 can all be solo

In general, no. You can kill everyone on the way in, and new guards will have replaced them on the way out, none the wiser. But, in specific cases, yes. On the way out on the S&S approach, if you kill the guard at the desk but not the patrolling guards on that floor, they will see the body and alert.

If you do it, the exit disguise prep never needs done again, it stays permanently if you choose that outfit. Any other disguise will require you to get them every time.
