May have found an answer to this. So it turns out hooking nightclub vehicles are only available on single drop-off missions. If it's multiple drop-offs it simply just won't hook for some reason.

The price of the vehicle is the same as buying it normally, plus any equipped upgrades.

You can always change lobbies if you do, but then you lose a bit of product and have to wait for it to fill back up or take the loss and sell again as is. The loss is like 3%.

Well, the bonus applies to all lobby types, but most aren't gonna fill a private lobby.
