Farmhouse might be marginally better than Chumash. I have both (2 characters). I wouldn't bother switching. I sell full bunkers solo in private lobbies with the Phantom Wedges, Insurgents (3 destinations) and Marshalls (if the destinations are not across the map).

Cluckin’ bell, knoway out, and acid lab for starters, because those are immediately available to you. Agency is also great for solo players. The nightclub is great for passive, but you would need to purchase the bunker and CEO special crate warehouse, and multiple mc businesses and upgrades for these different properties to make good money from them

After you have invested enough money into it, yes, but it takes a bit of time. If you want to manage your businesses in one place, I recommend the arcade or the terrobyte (nc and terrobyte is also needed to upgrade/modify your mk2) and garment factory. The master control terminal is available as an upgrade for the arcade in the basement, but it’s static and can’t move. Storing your terrobyte in the garment factory and interacting with it will allow you to add the MCT as an upgrade, which is a great benefit because you can manage your businesses in one place from anywhere on the map.

Art work is the easiest casino one to grab everything with just 2 people, gold has a longer time to grab so it can get hard to get most of it plus gold weighs you down and prevents you from jumping after a set amount grabbed @spiral scroll

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

We’ve gotten close but console is different than PC for hacking, we have lag delay on inputs that slow our hacking, maybe if I had a modded controller but I just have standard

Console hack time is about 30 seconds even if you do each hack in 2 seconds each print because of the animations and gold stacks are about 45 seconds to grab
