NC pays 50k per 48 minutes in game at max pupularity and every time it adds to the daily safe the popularity will drop by about 1/3rd a bar but you can get that up easily by visiting the club and doing either a vip driving mission or ejecting a trouble patron

Then I closed that and opened GTAV Enhanced, played in Story mode for a few hours and before I got off I wanted to Migrate my Legacy online account to my Enhanced Online account and I got the error message.
