For nightclub popularity there are short missions you can do to boost it or you can just switch the DJ, first time you get a new DJ it’s 100k and there’s a mission you have to do and it will max your popularity if you switch between dj’s you have already hired before it’s 10k to switch them and you get around 10% popularity every time you switch back and forth

Basically nightclub goods are separate from your other businesses goods but you must own the businesses above to start gaining supplies of that type in the nightclub warehouse

It’s the main part of the nightclub, the warehouse. You have seven options in total that you can assign technicians to, but you can only do five at once. You have the mc businesses and the banker and the CEO special cargo warehouse, and I recommend using all of them except for weed and documents forgery

It’s air speed is 110 mph but it’s ground speed is 130 mph but if you hold whichever key makes you go straight down(it’s R1 on ps5) then you can go 130 mph in the air but have to constantly pull up because the button forces you downward slowly

They collect from the businesses you have them assigned to, but there is no actual interaction aside from not letting the businesses get shut down and making sure the technicians are assigned to them in the computer

So you don’t need to worry about whether the nightclub or the supplies or stock level of those businesses will affect each other

They also collect separately from the other businesses so you can stack both NC warehouse and other business goods at the same time

You need to own the businesses and have them set up and then purchase technicians in the nightclub computer and assign them to whichever five of the seven available businesses you want to assign them to. Your technicians will completely passively collect stock from those businesses as long as they aren’t shut down, but there is no actual interaction so it doesn’t matter if you have any supplies or stock in them as long as the business is active

If you’re looking for purely solo then I’d say get an Agency

McKenzie Airfield is also fine for the Oscar Guzman missions

You don’t need an Arcade but the Diamond Casino Heist is really good for making money. Is also pretty fun

Yeah there’s Cash, Paintings, and Gold.

After you complete the heist on all 3 approaches you can cancel the heist and reroll the primary target to get Paintings every time. Usually the most ideal target.

I’ve done a decent amount of Cayo runs with randoms in the past 2 days and only like 1 in 5 randoms were so utterly incompetent I had to just switch lobbies and find someone new

If you’re really adamant on sticky purely solo then rotating between Cayo, Dr. Dre Contract from the Agency, Cluckin Bell, KnoWay Missions, etc is probably your best option.

Then selling your Nightclub and Acid Lab here and there if you have those

If you have a Mk2 or Sparrow, around 45-50 minutes I’d say. If not, it’ll definitely take way over an hour.

Your very first run will be way less. Easily less than $1 mill since it’s always Cash for your very first run. The next 2 runs might be, if you get lucky and get Paintings. But after you complete the 3 different approaches, yeah every run should be around $1.7 mill.
