bunker is for research if you're a new player and the resources you need cost quite a bit, setting it up for both resarch and product is not worth it
nightclub is already passive on purchase with its safe and i think one avaible goods category by default

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

basically i like killing cops and i play gta v story mode

ive been trying to find a good, fun way to kill cops that isnt boring but also isnt too hard. one of the methods i tried was sitting on a roof, and while that let me torment the cops below, the stupid helicopters with thier 100% accuracy gunmen were constantly getting hits on me, more than i could hit them, and so i ended up dying sooner or later from the stupid helis.

ive also tried sitting in a clothing store and shooting cops in the doorway, and while it works pretty flawless its just boring as hell and they all just pile up at the doorway entrance and you basically just hold left click.

Go to Sandy shores and go to R (Ron) and do first dose mission, there are 6 first dose missions, after you do all 6 first dose missions, you will need to buy it for 750k, you get acid lab but you cannot use equipment, go to one of the yellow thingy blimp and steal goods, then go back to the acid lab and purchase for 250k equipment, also, do 10 fooligans jobs from dax to get equipment upgrade (making more money)
