Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

In the hard difficulty my stealth is broken after i steal the main target (diamond necklace)

Do i need to approach in different way or what??

With the Sparrow, after exiting to the roof, duck back inside for about 20 sec. The choppers will despawn. With an Oppressor MK2, you can fly away immediately.
