Purchase the equipment and security and staff and storage upgrades for the nightclub. This will help you accrue stock faster and lessen your chances of your warehouse getting raided by the cops and slow down the popularity decline for the safe. The storage upgrade allows you to hold more stock to sell. (the worst options to assign technicians you purchase from the nightclub to are weed and document). The warehouse will work entirely passively as long as the businesses aren’t shut down, and it has no interaction with the businesses
