If you already have it, whether that’s through getting the brickade free in one of the Dax missions and then using the money from those missions to pay for converting the vehicle into the acid lab and some upgrades, or if you purchase the vehicle yourself (really DON’T recommend bc it’s a waste of money), call Dax and do a fooligan job 10 times. You’ll unlock equipment upgrades after doing so, which will make it much better. I also recommend upgrades for the bike.

It’s up to you and your friend to decide how the cut is split up between both of you, but yeah keep trying back and you’ll make money from doing so. One of you is likely to get ideal options first, so you’ll still have to complete set ups for one person for a bit. It can take quite a number of runs for both of you to get the best options. Or if you have time and patience, wait at least a day or so irl before running it back again and you’ll have a better chance of getting a better primary

The cooldown time is affected by whether you’re doing it solo or with at least one other person, and the payout and number of lives you have in the finale is affected by whether or not you have hard mode. If you forget to purchase hard mode from the screen in the kosatka before 48-minute post-cooldown time is up, you’ll still make a lot of money but you won’t get that extra

You won't have to pay a setup fee for your first Cayo, but after that it costs $100K. You should start doing Cayos and aim to buy a Sparrow chopper ($1.8m + $240K to add missiles), which will help with the preps. Then a nightclub, Terrorbyte and Oppressor MK2, which will help even more with the preps. That's just my opinion though.

One of the delivery sizes has the mule which is a terrible vehicle, so you buy something from a website. And you can go into one of the nightclub garage levels and modify/upgrade the delivery vehicles

I forgot which vehicle you can purchase to replace the mule at whatever size range of stock to sell causes you to get that
