It costs a lot of money to set up the heist if you don’t even have the submarine purchased, because you have to buy it, upgrade it, and possibly pay for hard mode, and get the items required to make the setup missions easier. It isn’t easy to do so if you don’t know what you’re doing. But if you learn how to do it, you can make a fucking shit ton of money

it's up to personal preference to decide, which arcade is for you to own. I personally prefer the closest arcade, as it allowes me to complete the elite challange faster

The passive income is increased by completing security contracts. It maxes out at 201 but does not decrease. It also gives you access to Imani tech and a personal Armory. And also the Dr Dre VIP mission

cayo is over 1m an hour if you do it duo and agency is 1m an hour solo so its the best stuff for grinding early game
